Your purchased digital images include a Personal Print Release that allows you to enjoy, print, and share your photographs for personal use.
This release grants the client permission to:
Print images for personal display or personal gifts
Share images on personal social media accounts
Store digital copies for personal archives and backups
Use purchased images for non-commercial personal purposes
Image Usage Restrictions
The Personal Print Release does not transfer copyright ownership or exclusive rights to the client.
The client may not:
Sell, license, or redistribute the images
Use images for advertising, marketing, or business promotion
Submit images for publication, contests, or commercial opportunities without written permission
Alter, heavily edit, apply filters, use AI modifications, or create derivative works from the photographs
Claim authorship or ownership of the photographs
Copyright & Ownership
All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of Gregory Shuryn Photography.
Purchasing digital images grants personal usage rights only and does not constitute a transfer of copyright.
Gregory Shuryn Photography retains the exclusive rights to reproduce, display, publish, and license the photographs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Commercial Usage
Any commercial, promotional, editorial, advertising, brand, publication, or business-related use requires a separate written licensing agreement.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using purchased digital images, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Personal Print Release.
